Job summary

BELAYR Resources is seeking experienced Cable bolt Operators for an underground hard-rock mining operation. Operators with proven Sandvik DS421-C experience will join a dedicated crew on a 2/2 roster, with FIFO to Cobar and camp facilities.

Role focuses on installing ground support, cable bolting activities, and working with development, production, and geotechnical teams in a fast-paced underground environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a Sandvik DS421-C Cable bolter.
• Experience as a Cable bolt Operator in underground hard-rock mining.
• Strong safety focus and ability to meet ground support standards.
• Ability to work in a rotating 2/2 roster and in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate cable bolting equipment in line with safety and site standards.
• Install ground support systems per geotechnical plans.
• Conduct pre-starts, inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with development, production and geotechnical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting per site requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and site protocols.
• Contribute to a positive, proactive team culture.
