Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, HSEQ, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Be outcome focused with efficient communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for civil construction and exposure to construction work would be advantageous but not necessary.
• Be someone who takes pride and ownership of their work with a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop.
• An excellent attitude and awareness for safety, attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and non-technical skills, improve industry knowledge and best practice and experience varied aspects of the Engineering, Project Management, and Tendering functions.
• Assists with the management of planning, coordinating and controlling professional activities relating to projects. Including general planning, providing technical input and maintaining/updating contractual schedule/ program.
• Assists the management team in contract management activities, including tender’s specifications preparation, collaborating in subcontractor negotiation and supply agreement.
• Complete predetermined competencies within the allotted timeframe in order to progress through the Graduate Development Program.

About you:
