Your role will include :

Overseeing day-to-day store operations – tyre and mechanical services

Leading and motivating a skilled team of techs and fitters

Managing workflow, parts ordering, inventory and job scheduling

Being thefront face of the business– handling sales, building trust with customers, and providing outstanding service

Coordinating customer bookings and job allocations across the team
