Job summary

Tyrepower Blackwood in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our tyre and automotive service sales. You will drive sales, manage the workshop and front counter, and build strong relationships with trade customers and walk-in clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing others in a busy environment.
• Automotive/tyre industry knowledge and confidence discussing mechanical services.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build relationships and grow accounts.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of tyres, mechanical repairs, etc, building rapport with customers and trade accounts.
• Lead day-to-day workflow across the workshop and front counter to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Monitor performance and support the team to deliver consistent results.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Manage stock ordering and inventory levels to support bookings and demand.
• Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain service standards.
