TSPV - Service Desk Analyst

12-month contract + 12-month extension option

Are you a self-motivated, customer-focused IT professional with a passion for resolving technical issues? We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with a strong commitment to quality service delivery to support a dynamic and mission-critical environment. This is a TSPV-cleared, onsite role in Canberra, providing first-line ICT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to end users. You’ll work within a collaborative and security-sensitive environment, engaging with both internal teams and industry partners.

Location: ACT – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ICT support and customer service to internal users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ICT issues, escalating unresolved matters appropriately.
  • Prioritise and triage job queues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Utilise knowledge management systems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across ICT operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Active TSPV clearance and Australian citizenship (MANDATORY).
  • Experience providing end-user ICT support aligned with ITIL principles.
  • Proficient in incident diagnosis, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
  • Familiarity with service desk procedures and quality assurance practices.
Security Clearance:

Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
