Menzies Group is seeking reliable cleaners to support our expanding operations across Geelong and the Surf Coast. You will perform general commercial cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and floor care, plus waste removal, sanitisation and maintaining presentation standards in Victoria Police sites.

Roles include permanent part‑time and full‑time opportunities with rostered hours across multiple locations. We welcome applications from motivated individuals who value safety, teamwork and high standards

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Current driver's license and reliable transport are highly regarded for multi-location work.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.

We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and hardworking Cleaners to join our team across a wide range in Geelong & along Surf Coast (e.g. Lara, Torquay, Colac, Ocean Grove)

Menzies is proud to be delivering cleaning services to Victoria Police stations across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. About the Role

As a Cleaner with Menzies, you will play an important role in maintaining safe, clean and hygienic facilities for Victoria Police personnel and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General commercial cleaning
• Vacuuming, mopping and floor care
• Cleaning offices, amenities and common areas
• Waste removal and recycling
• Sanitisation and infection control cleaning
• Maintaining presentation standards and site cleanliness

Available Shifts

We are recruiting employees who are available to work:

• Weekday day shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm
• Public holiday shifts
• Additional hours available across multiple nearby sites

Most positions are permanent part‑time, with rostered hours across one or more locations within your local area. We also have opportunities for full‑time employees who are willing to work across multiple Victoria Police stations within their region.

Applications are encouraged to allow sufficient time for security screening and onboarding ahead of the contract commencement date of 1 October 2026.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. A current driver's license and reliable transport will be highly regarded, particularly for employees working across multiple locations.
