Avanade is seeking a Trust Architect (Responsible AI, Risk & Governance) to ensure every Avanade Next system is safe, reliable and production ready, while empowering client teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence. The role spans governance, evaluation and adoption, with guardrails, accuracy targets and human-in-the-loop safeguards.

You will design adoption approaches that build trust through transparency, plus reusable assets across engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Governance, guardrails and security controls before build starts.
• Target accuracy, safety and governance thresholds met before production.
• Adoption above agreed threshold at 90 days post-go-live.
• Compliance with responsible AI standards and client obligations.
