Job summary

Chandler Macleod is sourcing MR/HR licensed truck drivers for ongoing roles across Adelaide metro sites. This expression of interest pool targets reliable drivers for local deliveries and early starts, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Roles vary by client and may include overtime opportunities. Successful candidates will hold a current MR or HR licence and may be required to undergo a National Police Check and other site-specific onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid MR or HR licence.
• National Police Check current or willingness to obtain one.
• Forklift licence (desirable).
• Vehicle Loading Crane High Risk Work Licence (desirable).
• Experience with loading/unloading and delivery operations (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Local metro deliveries across Adelaide.
• Early starts (commonly between 6:00am–8:00am, role dependent).
• Loading/unloading goods (manual handling involved).
• Operate MR/HR trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Provide safe driving, fatigue management and professional customer service at delivery points.

Truck Drivers (MR/HR) – Expression of Interest (EOI)

Adelaide Metro (multiple locations) | Ongoing opportunities | Weekday & weekend shifts available (varies by client)

Pay rate: $33–$42 per hour (assignment/client dependent)

Chandler Macleod is inviting Expressions of Interest from MR and HR licensed truck drivers for upcoming and current driving roles across various client sites in the Adelaide metro area. WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING (DEPENDING ON THE CLIENT/ROLE)

• Local metro deliveries across Adelaide
• Early starts (commonly between 6:00am – 8:00am, role dependent)
• Loading/unloading goods (manual handling involved)
• Operating MR trucks, HR trucks, and delivery vehicles
• Safe driving, fatigue management, and professional customer service at delivery points

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid MR or HR licence
• Proven delivery or transport experience (preferred)
• Experience with loading/unloading, tailgate use, and delivery operations (highly regarded)
• National Police Check (current) or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling safely
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Vehicle Loading Crane High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
