Job summary

ARB 4x4 Accessories in Prestons is seeking a reliable HR/MR Truck Driver to support our warehouse operations. You will operate a 14T Isuzu curtain sider and perform essential warehouse duties, with a focus on safety and load security.

The role requires a current HR/MR licence and LF forklift licence, plus experience with heavy vehicles and warehouse tasks. Overtime and staff discounts are part of the offering for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• HR/MR licence and LF forklift licence are essential.
• Proven experience driving heavy vehicles and operating forklifts.
• Warehouse and manual handling experience is required.
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and load securing is needed.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious and a team player.
• Willing to participate in medical and driver competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2024 ISUZU FSR140 GVM 14T curtain sided truck to transport goods safely and on time to Sydney metro ARB stores.
• Conduct daily pre-start safety checks and maintain a National Work Diary for occasional deliveries outside Sydney metro area.
• Load and unload goods using a forklift and assist with stock placement at delivery locations.
• Support the Prestons Distribution Centre with general warehouse duties when not driving.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed in all activities.
• Maintain truck in clean and roadworthy condition.

What You'll Need:
