Job summary

Linkforce Engineering seeks several MR Truck Drivers for FIFO shutdown, maintenance and project work across Australia’s largest mine sites. You’ll access consistent work across 90+ client sites with competitive rates and long‑term career opportunities within a well‑established national contractor.

As a Truck Driver, you will operate 12‑tonne trucks on site, support crews, and comply with safety procedures. Essential: MR licence, mining experience, site knowledge, White Card, and ability to pass

Qualifications

• MR Licence (Minimum) and safe driving record.
• At least 12 months of mining environment driving experience.
• Knowledge of mine site layout, fixed plant terminology and site driving conditions.
• Whs requirements: Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 3 years).
• Construction White Card held.
• Valid Australian work rights.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate Linkforce 12 tonne truck on site and transport materials to crews.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials safely.
• Support work crews in a Trade Assistant capacity as required.
• Follow Linkforce vehicle operation procedures and safety rules.

About The Role

We are seeking severalTruck Drivers (MR) to support current and upcoming shutdown, maintenance and project works acrossAustralia’s largest mine sites.In this casual FIFO role, you’ll accessconsistent work across 90+ client sites, competitive rates and genuine long-term career opportunities within a well-established national contractor. As a Truck Driver, you will support our crews across fixed plant and materials handling systems. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating Linkforce 12 tonne truck on site transporting material to and from our working crews
• Experience loading and loading materials/loads in a safe manner
• Supporting work crews in a Trade Assistant capacity (where required)
• Working safely and in strict accordance withLinkforce driving and vehicle operation procedures

What You’ll Need

We are looking for qualified and safety-focused Truck Drivers who are able to demonstrate:

Essential:

• Australian Driving Licence - MR Minimum
• Minimum 12 months experience driving in mining environments
• Sound knowledge of mine site layout, fixed plant terminology and mine site driving conditions & regulations
• Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 3 years)
• Construction White Card
• Valid Australian work rights
• Ability to pass commercial driver pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Highly Desirable:

• Chain of Responsibility
• Load Restraint (WA)
