Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking Team Members to join the Proactive Services cleaning and trolley-collection team. You will help keep stores hygienic, tidy and welcoming for customers and colleagues.

No prior experience required; full training provided. Availability across Monday–Sunday and shifts from early morning to early evening, with potential for growth within the group. Join a retailer with endless opportunities and a supportive culture of care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset, love of retail, and passion for people.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
• Flexible to work across shifts including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in the daily planner: sweep the shop floor, clean walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room; empty bins.
• Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to meet cleaning needs and support store operations.
• Assist customers in-store by answering questions or giving directions.
• Receive full training on operating a variety of equipment and tools.
