Woolworths Group is hiring for a trolley collection role to keep trolleys available and stores clean, supporting a safe shopping environment. You’ll work closely with your team and participate in a structured training program to operate trolley collection vehicles.

Roles require a full Australian driver’s licence, physical fitness, and the ability to work across mornings and afternoons, including weekend shifts. Join a large retail group offering steady opportunities and team discounts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and suburbs.
• Push trolleys onto the vehicle and onto ramps.
• Return trolleys to trolley bays and perform pre-start handover routines.
• Follow safety, vehicle operation, and road rules procedures.
• Report issues with unretrievable trolleys and other hazards.
• May perform cleaning and waste disposal tasks as needed.
• Receive full training and assessment for vehicle operation.

About the role

Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition - this enables our Customers (and your colleagues) to experience an environment that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.

What you'll do

• Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
• Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
• Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
• Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
• Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
• Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
• You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks
• Full training and assessment in operating our trolley collection vehicles

What you'll bring

• An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your career
• You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International drivers Licence
• Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
