Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Trenery Concession Manager for a David Jones concession on the Gold Coast. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive outstanding customer experiences, optimise profitability and maintain a safe, productive store environment.

You will coach your team, manage stock and loss prevention, recruit and develop talent, and ensure alignment with brand strategy. The role offers opportunities across CRG brands and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Trenery Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concession environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a safe, high functioning workplace.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as concession management to drive store performance
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
