Job summary

The Star Care Group in Perth, WA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a part-time role. You will travel to participants across Perth and Mandurah to deliver evidence-based interventions and person-centred care, both in home and community settings.

Ideal candidates have OT qualifications, AHPRA eligibility, and at least 2 years’ experience with NDIS participants. A company car, travel benefits and flexible development opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration or eligibility before start.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with NDIS.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participants in home, school or community settings to deliver therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions focusing on ADLs, mobility and participation.
• Collaborate with MDT and participate in meetings.
• Educate participants and families about programmes and equipment.
• Maintain accurate participant records and progress notes.
• Adapt plans based on participant progress and changes in needs.
