Outback Spirit is offering an exciting opportunity for a customer‑focused and sales‑driven individual to join our Travel Centre team in Albury, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive travel experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in shaping the start of our guests’ unforgettable journeys.

Key responsibilities will include :
  • Spend initial time getting acquainted with our team and learning about our amazing products while using our booking systems, guided by one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to assist guests in planning their holiday of a lifetime through various communication platforms, including phone and email.
  • Utilise your creativity and passion for the tourism industry to provide guests with detailed information about our products, offering personalised solutions and package options tailored to their needs.
  • Become an expert in your field and a product ambassador, while working towards and achieving individual and team KPIs.
  • Manage and produce all necessary documentation for passengers and crew, ensuring the completeness of manifests.
  • Assist with rooming arrangements and handle last‑minute changes, including bookings and cancellations.
