Travelex is seeking a friendly and proactive Sales Consultant to join our retail team in-store. Represent the brand by promoting travel money products, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping customers navigate their travel needs.

The role is part-time (15.5 hours) with a focus on achieving store KPIs, accurate cash handling, and contributing to a positive, customer-centric store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service roles.

• Cash handling and basic financial transactions experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual KPIs.
• Promote Travelex travel money products to customers.
• Maintain store standards and monitor stock and display.
• Assist with social media engagement and online reviews.
• Accurately handle cash and daily reconciliation.
