Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is seeking a travel professional to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of SME clients. You will act as their trusted travel expert and primary contact, delivering end-to-end travel programs and leveraging Sabre GDS.

You’ll build multi-level relationships with stakeholders, drive retention and profitability, and handle complex itineraries with accuracy. Join a network of brands under Australia’s iconic travel group, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• GDS proficiency, Sabre preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Customer-focused with sales and service excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of SME clients, acting as their trusted travel expert and primary point of contact.
• Building genuine, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within your client portfolio.
• Overseeing your clients’ end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS.
• Driving retention, growth and profitability across your portfolio through exceptional service and proactive account management.
• Handling complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience for every client.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
