AA Appointments is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join a focused MICE team in Sydney. Leverage your leisure or corporate travel background and GDS skills to deliver group travel arrangements with high-level service to delegates and stakeholders.
You will manage bookings for flights, accommodation and transfers, assist with pre/post-conference leisure options, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event outcomes.

As a specialist in the MICE sector they manage a range of international and domestic programs.
They now have the opportunity for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant to join their high-performing team.
As part of this small and professional team, you will play a key role in managing group travel arrangements and delivering outstanding service to delegates and stakeholders.
Your day may involve:
Managing group travel bookings and coordinating all itinerary components, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and ancillary services.
Assisting with pre and post-conference leisure travel arrangements, including extended touring options.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to support successful event outcomes.

Previous experience as a Leisure or Corporate Travel Consultant (essential)
Experience managing group travel bookings (highly desirable)
Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skill
