Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a Colorado assignment. The role involves providing technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures, assisting physicians with imaging and patient care, and maintaining sterile conditions in the catheterization laboratory.

The technologist will operate imaging equipment, document procedures, and support quality and safety initiatives within the department. A 40-hour work week with a dayshift schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in Cardiology or Cath Lab preferred.
• Certified ARRT or RCIS within 18 months of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Fluoroscopy certification.
• Radiation badges provided by the vendor.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures, assisting physicians with imaging and patient care.
• Maintain sterile conditions in the catheterization laboratory.
• Operate imaging equipment and document procedures.
• Support quality and safety initiatives within the department.
• Educate patients and families; participate in department cleanliness and stocking.

Education

Registered ARRT

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist (RCIS)

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

Fluoroscopy certification

Radiation badges (vendor provided)
