Qualifications

Certificate of Queensland Teacher Registration.
Demonstrated ability differentiating curriculum (ACARA, QCAA, VET) to meet the needs of young people.
Demonstrated success in building relationships with young people at risk.
Highly developed interpersonal skills in communicating with staff, young people and parents.

Responsibilities

Planning, preparation and delivery of effective learning and teaching programs for young people.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the EREAFS objectives and planning.
Works collaboratively with all staff to provide a safe, inclusive work environment for staff and young people.
Building relationships with young people, families/carers, and the community to ensure the best outcomes for each young person.
