Job summary

Go Party Bus is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Go Party Bus, Diamond Lounge, Limo Bus and The Transporter in Perth, WA. The role focuses on driver scheduling, weekend operations, bookings and customer service in a fast-moving transport environment.

You will lead rostering, depot oversight, vehicle coordination and compliance, while driving efficiency and ensuring safety and high service standards for weekday and weekend services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations management, transport, logistics, events, fleet or bookings in service-based businesses.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and manage multiple vehicle movements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Go Party Bus and associated companies.
• Manage driver schedules, weekend operations and depot coordination.
• Resolve customer issues and supervise staff across bookings, yards and drivers.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, compliance, and supplier communications.
• Prepare payroll-related information and review hours for drivers.
