Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, project support, infrastructure or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Transport Infrastructure team.
• Assist with the coordination and monitoring of transport infrastructure projects, programs and works.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, records and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, registers and project information.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, contractor documentation and financial administration.
• Coordinate meetings, site activities, appointments and other team requirements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with timely resolution of requests relating to transport infrastructure.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, consultants, government agencies and community members.
• Support procurement, contract administration and other business processes.
