Albury Wodonga Health is seeking compassionate, motivated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff to join our Transit Lounge team. You will work with Registered Nurses to provide safe, efficient, person-centred care for patients awaiting discharge or transfer, supporting patient flow across the hospital.

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Assistant in Nursing (AIN) staff to join our dynamic Transit Lounge team. The Transit Lounge plays a vital role in supporting patient flow across the health service by providing a welcoming environment for patients who are awaiting discharge, transport, investigations, appointments, or transfer to another care setting. As an AIN in the Transit Lounge, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and person-centred care during their transition through the hospital. This role aligns with the AIN position purpose of providing support to the nursing team in the delivery of care under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
