EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to drive LEAN improvements across operations and support teams. You’ll map current and future processes, identify waste, assess automation and AI opportunities, and collaborate with Data Engineering to quantify benefits.

You’ll lead workshops, embed standard work and track performance to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality and risk reduction across multi-site operations.

Qualificações

• Experience applying LEAN principles in an operational setting.
• Proven ability to map processes and value streams, and facilitate workshops.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA and acting on results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Spot waste, bottlenecks and variation; propose practical solutions.
• Embed standard work to ensure improvements stick.
• Identify automation/AI candidates and work with Data Engineering to assess feasibility.
• Create current and future-state process maps (SIPOC and swimlanes).
• Develop value stream maps showing value-added vs non-value-added activities and lead times.
• Use data, observations, and time studies to quantify opportunities.
