State Street in Sydney is seeking a Core Operations Associate 2 within the Asia Pacific Global Delivery, Fund Order Services unit. This role supports end-to-end processing including fund trading infrastructure, client reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, complex technical environment, build relationships across groups, and contribute to delivering daily client deliverables with integrity and attention to detail.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for the Core Operations Associate 2 position which is within Asia Pacific Global delivery. Fund Order Services unit located in Sydney. We are an end to end processing team which covers security price update , security transaction and corporate action process , client customized accounting report generate and delivery.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Build understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes
• Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
• Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
• Assist the senior associate complete basic research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Assist with client reporting and client projects
