Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging competency-based technical training to internal teams and external customers (50% formal 50% informal).
• Provide on-site technical support and advice to ensure correct and consistent product solutions.
• Champion learning and development to build confidence and capability in render systems textures topcoats cladding and specialty finishes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage a 12-month training plan.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills & Experience

• Training experience within the building/construction industry or a strong industry background with a focus on facades, looking to move into a Training role either in Sales, Customer Service or running your own business.
• Familiarity with the Acratex product portfolio highly regarded.
• Experience facilitating group and individual learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, administrative and time-management skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
