Job description

Job no: 500849
Work type: Fixed Term Full Time
Classification: Band 7 - $109,342.91 pa plus super

About the role

In this role, you'll drive the people side of digital transformation, developing, designing and delivering training across the City's flagship Asset Customer & Employee (ACE) program and broader Digital, Information & Technology (DIT) portfolio. You'll shape the training approach and content, drawing on best-practice methods, with the support of a close-knit Change & Service Innovation team.

You'll create engaging learning experiences that build confidence, capability and adoption, partnering with vendors, subject matter experts and business leaders to deliver impactful training that sticks.

Beyond training, you'll play a key role in helping teams navigate change, conducting impact and readiness assessments, analysing stakeholder needs, identifying gaps and supporting the successful transition to new ways of working.

Working across a range of high-profile digital initiatives, you'll combine change management, training and project delivery expertise to help shape the future of how the City works, ensuring our people are ready, supported and equipped for success.
