Job summary

Dolores Recruitment seeks a Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management and BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management for a client based in North Sydney. The role is face-to-face Mon–Wed 17:30–21:30, starting January 2026, with each term of 10 weeks.

You will deliver training, assessment and student services with a focus on access and equity, perform assessment decisions, and continuously improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units.
• Currency documents for PDs and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, assessment and student services aligned with access and equity.
• Conduct assessments and make assessment decisions per rules of evidence.
• Validate, moderate and improve assessment tools and processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain VET currency.
