Job summary

TLC Healthcare is offering a trainee program in Geelong to start a rewarding career in aged care. You will work part time at least 3 shifts per week for 12 months, while learning on the job and earning a nationally recognised Certificate III in Ageing through TLC Learning.

Successful trainees gain potential ongoing employment within TLC Aged Care homes. Eligibility includes Australian residency or permanent residency, and an NDIS/Police clearance check.

Qualifications

• NDIS Check (incl. Police Clearance) required.
• Australian Resident or Permanent Resident of Australia.
• Passionate about helping others and providing care.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over 12 months.
• On the job learning.
• Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning.
