Job summary

Bridgestone in Cairns is hiring for Trainee and Experienced Tyre Fitters to join our Mobile Fleet Team. Based at our Cairns store, you will perform on-site tyre servicing across the region using a purpose-built Mobile Fleet Vehicle.

This autonomous role provides training with a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology, career development, and a supportive team culture. We value safety, reliability, and excellent customer service as core to our operations.

Qualifications

• Current drivers licence (LR or MR would be advantageous).
• Ability to work with and contribute to a team, with good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and honest.
• Keen to learn and follow instructions.
• Drive to work safely and provide great customer service.
• Current right to work in Australia.
• Previous experience fitting Passenger and Truck Tyres (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tyre servicing to customers in the Cairns region.
• Operate a mobile fleet vehicle (license required) and ensure on-site service delivery.
• Maintain safety standards and deliver high levels of customer service.

This is an autonomous role – we will provide you with a vehicle (holding the appropriate license) and you will provide on-site service to our customers in the Cairns region.
