Goodstart Muswellbrook is offering a Trainee Educator position as part of an 18-month fixed-term contract, full-time 38 hours per week. You will work toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and gain hands-on experience in a supportive centre environment.

You will be guided by the Centre Leadership Team and other educators, maintain safety standards, and learn how to contribute to the early education program while building professional skills for a future with Goodstart.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Permanent right to work in Australia.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Interest in early years education.
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
• Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive).
