Job summary

Goodstart Echuca is seeking a Trainee Educator to join our centre in Echuca, Victoria. This full-time 38 hours per week role is for 18 months, with a path to Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

You will work under the Centre Leadership Team, supporting safe environments, building relationships with children and families, and gaining hands-on professional development while paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Permanent right to work in Australia is required.
• Strong communication skills and time management are essential.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team, with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling needs and participate in paid training.
