Job summary

Macmahon, a leading mining and civil contractor, invites applications for a 24-month Traineeship - Dump Truck Operator in Western Australia. You’ll train through the Trainee Dump Truck Academy, aiming for the RII30120 Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations, supported by the RTO and WA funding.

Starting Feb 2027, you’ll join a FIFO/DIDO roster from Perth to site, with day and night shifts. Shortlisted candidates attend an Assessment Centre Day on 27 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete the RII30120 Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations as a Trainee.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a mining environment.
• Ability to participate in 12-hour shift rosters and on-site training.
