Our Trainee Customer Field Technicians are an integral part of these teams, learning, developing, and building skills as they turn their passion into practice every day. As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician

You’ll experience a diverse and dynamic working environment where no two days out in the field are alike. Supported by our dedicated and caring managers and skilled, experienced, and collaborative colleagues you will build your skills and confidence. Whether you’re out in the network performing inspections or maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving faults, to providing the best service, or connecting more homes and businesses to high-speed fibre.
