Job summary

nbn is offering a permanent full-time Trainee Customer Field Technician role, designed to attract Women and First Nations people. As a trainee you will connect customers to the internet in the field, supported by experts, while you work toward a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over a 12-month program and gain practical on‑the‑job skills.

As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician
