Job summary

Airservices Australia is recruiting for a Trainee Air Traffic Controller. The role trains at a world-class academy in Melbourne, with paid training and progression to a six-figure salary upon completion. You’ll learn radar and radio techniques to direct aircraft and ensure safe movement across Australian airspace.

No aviation experience is required. The program welcomes diverse backgrounds and focuses on problem-solving, clear communication, teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced aviation

Eligibility & Application Requirements

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident.
• Have completed a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (Year 12 or equivalent), or hold a tertiary qualification at Diploma level or above.
