LiveHire Limited is seeking team members to join a well-established home and community care provider in NSW. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is offered to support clients in their homes.

Roles are permanent part-time with shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates must have a valid NSW driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and reside within 10 km of Ryde to access local clients and potential state funding.

Qualificações

• Aged care/Community care exposure is not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to complete Certificate III in Individual Support and access state funding.

Responsabilidades

• Visit clients in their homes to provide domestic assistance and personal care.
• Assist with meal prep, shopping, transportation, and social activities as needed.
• Support clients with mobility, showering, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living.
• Coordinate with the care team to deliver consistent in-home support.
• Maintain client records and ensure safety and well-being during visits.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.

No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.

On-the-job training provided.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.

When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!

What we are seeking:

• Have a great attitude

• Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
• Ability to pass and receive a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC)
• Have a current NSW driver's licence
• Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance; and
• Have regular availability
• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or a Permanent resident, allowing access to State Funding for the program.
• Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, and can suit parents-friendly availability as well.

You will be visiting (clients - aged care) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

• Domestic Assistance
• Shopping trips
• Personal Care (dressing, showering, grooming, etc)
• Meal Preparation
• Transportation
• To & from Medical Appointments
• Social Activities
• Respite
