Job summary

Cope Sensitive Freight is seeking an experienced Trailer Driver to join a safety-focused team transporting high-value, time-sensitive freight across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

You will hold a current HC or MC licence with at least 1 year of HC driving, perform pre-start checks, load restraint, and complete accurate documentation. Competitive hourly rate with overtime and employee benefits apply.

Qualifications

• A current HC or MC licence with a minimum of 1 year experience driving HC vehicles.
• Strong safety focus and CoR awareness.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transporting Sensitive Freight between depots, customer sites and major distribution centres.
• Completing pre-start checks and maintaining vehicle safety standards.
• Loading and unloading freight with careful attention to load restraint and security.
• Scanning freight using COPE’s track and trace system.
• Managing delivery schedules and completing accurate documentation.
• Working solo or as part of a two-person team, depending on route and freight.
