Job summary

Action Traffic Solutions, part of the Active Tree Services family, is hiring multiple Traffic Controllers in South Australia. You will help maintain safe traffic flow at worksites and support our vegetation and tree crews across metropolitan and regional SA.

This casual role offers ongoing work, with rates from $37 per hour plus superannuation and allowances. You will work with our safety-focused team and receive PPE and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Experience working on traffic control sites.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first approach.
• Flexibility to work across metropolitan and regional SA.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and packing down traffic control sites
• Operating Stop/Slow bats and traffic control devices
• Directing vehicles, pedestrians and vulnerable road users safely through work zones
• Assisting with traffic management activities in accordance with approved traffic guidance schemes
• Communicating effectively with crews, supervisors and the public
