Job summary

JV Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Traffic Control Workers for immediate starts across Melbourne construction sites. You’ll help manage traffic flow, keep worksites safe, and coordinate with site teams to maintain project progression.

You’ll earn $38.00–$39.89 per hour, with meal allowances for long shifts and a daily travel allowance. Ongoing work, weekly pay, and overtime penalties are offered across multiple locations with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Valid Victorian Traffic Control Tickets TC1/TMI1 and TC2/TMI2.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in Traffic Management.
• Full PPE (hi-vis PPE, steel cap boots, hard hat, etc.).
• Own transport is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with traffic management and traffic control across Melbourne worksites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support site teams to maintain project progression and safety compliance.
