Job summary

Tradelink in Canberra is launching a full-time Sales and Leadership Traineeship designed to fast-track your career in a dynamic, nationwide retailer with 200+ locations. You will rotate through sales, customer service, warehousing and operations.

You will receive mentorship from experienced leaders, develop essential sales and leadership skills, and explore multiple pathways to become a future leader within the company.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver’s licence (if applicable in AU)
• Full Working Rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Rotate across sales, customer service, warehousing and operations.
• Learn from experienced leaders with mentorship throughout the traineeship.
