Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers/Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping, shopfitting and industrial sites in the region. Earn $35.11 per hour, with typical weekly earnings of $1,400+ and 11.5% superannuation, plus a $22 daily travel allowance.

Immediate starts available with regular shifts and potential permanent roles. Applicants should have at least 12 months of relevant experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver’s licence

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
