Reece Group in Parkes is seeking a friendly Trade Counter team member to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. You’ll be part of a branch-wide team that keeps the operation running smoothly.

Daily tasks include customer service and product information, quoting in person and over the phone, stock control, keeping the shop tidy and safe, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information.
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
