Job summary

Reece, in partnership with Actrol, is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant for the Pialba branch. You will assist engineers, project managers, and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and arranging stock, while helping maintain a safe, tidy branch.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are eager to learn, can operate a computer, and hold a valid driver’s licence. Weekend shifts may be required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Clear, valid driver’s licence.
• Comfort with weekend shifts and varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
