Job summary

Reece Plumbing in Sydney’s Ry​dalmere branch is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Trade Counter. You’ll help plumbers access products for building and renovation projects and perform other branch‑running tasks.

The role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, managing stock, picking and packing, and delivering goods with a company vehicle. A driver license is required; forklift is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Able to provide product information and quotes in person and over the phone.
• Willing to pick, pack and manage stock; ensure shop displays are accurate.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence ideal but not required.
