Job summary
Reece Irrigation and Pools is seeking a trade counter/delivery driver (I&P) in Waterloo to support landscapers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and timely deliveries. You’ll work as part of a branch team to ensure an efficient, tidy, and safe environment while helping customers access the right irrigation and pool products.
The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers in person and over the phone.
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate information.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to processes.
- Clean, valid driver’s licence and openness to weekend shifts.
- Career development within the network or head office.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and information about products.
- Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
- Assist with pick packing and stock control activities.
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
