Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping, shopfitting and industrial sites. This role offers consistent hours and weekly pay with strong prospects for permanent positions after proving reliability on site.

You must have at least 12 months of labouring experience, a Construction White Card and a valid Driver Licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work; reliability and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up.
• Transport materials around site as directed.
• Digging, trenching, lifting and carrying materials.
• Assist qualified tradespeople on various tasks.
• General labouring duties across manufacturing and industrial sites.
