Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking Trade Assistants for ongoing casual roles across multiple sites in New South Wales. Earn fixed hourly rates with weekly pay and a daily travel allowance. Successful applicants can transition to permanent positions with on-site performance.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle physical work. Drivers with reliable transport and a White Card are preferred. PPE is required from the candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of general labouring or Trade Assistant experience.
• Construction White Card required.
• Current driver licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable, hardworking and with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites and perform clean-up duties.
• Move materials with wheelbarrows and assist with lifting.
• Dig, trench, and assist with site tasks as required.
• Assist qualified tradespeople on site.
• Support general labouring duties across varied projects.
