Inter Industrial in Drouin is seeking a Trade Assistant to support the Lead Hand with onsite benchtop installations. The role involves loading, transporting, handling and installing stone products, with travel to site and on-site setup.

The candidate should be physically fit, able to lift 25kg, reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. A White Card and a current drivers licence are required, with prior construction or stone work seen as advantageous.

Qualifications

• White Card and a current driver's licence are mandatory.
• Construction, labouring or stone background is beneficial.
• Willingness to work 8am–4pm, with overtime if necessary.

Responsabilités

• Assist Lead Hand with onsite benchtop installations.
• Load, transport, handle and install stone products.
• Travel to site, unload truck, and move benchtops into place.
• Apply adhesives and silicone, ensuring proper finish.
• Perform final cleaning of the job site.
• Follow instructions and maintain reliability and punctuality.

Our client located in Drouin are currently seeking a Trade Assistant that is able to assist the Lead Hand with installation of Benchtops on a Temp to Perm basis for the right candidate.

This will be a hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives with working onsite with others with the willingness to provide good service & get the job done.

The Position

You will be assisting the Lead Hand with onsite installation of Benchtops

Assisting with loading, transporting, handling & installation Stone Products

turn up to Factory in the morning, go through job sheets work out what material, tools is needed to be loaded into the turck

Travel to site, unload the truck, carry & maneuver benchtops to be installed

Apply Adhesives, silicon's & other various finished materials

Quality check the end product

Final Clean of Job site

To be Successful

Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm + OT if necessary

Need to be physically Fit, comfortable lifting 25kgs

Can Follow instructions

Reliable, Punctual & Professional manner

MUST have a White Card + Current Drivers licence

Prior Construction, labouring or Stone background is beneficial
