Job summary

PPLAN, a dynamic town planning consultancy based in Banyo, Queensland, is seeking a Town Planner to manage projects and deliver planning outcomes for clients across Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.

You will provide planning guidance, lodge and manage DAs, and coordinate projects from enquiry to approval, while communicating effectively with clients and consultants. A proactive, autonomous but collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar planning role.
• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning (or equivalent).
• Current driver's licence.
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice, guidance, and fee proposals to clients.
• Prepare, lodge, and manage Development Applications with local councils and State agencies.
• Coordinate planning projects from enquiry through to approval.
• Manage client communications and consultant interactions.
• Undertake administrative tasks associated with consultancy services.
